This paper and its customer service depth have gone from bad to worse
I cancelled the subscription two years ago but they are still taking the money from my cards C to make make matters worse have taken on some months two lots of monies !
I have emailed them three times in the last 10 days ( no response ) eventually I spoke to a woman with very limited English who informed me that there was no trace of the cancellation - no explanation as to why they are taking two lots of subscription and no apology
They are disgraceful
