This paper and its customer service depth have gone from bad to worse

I cancelled the subscription two years ago but they are still taking the money from my cards C to make make matters worse have taken on some months two lots of monies !

I have emailed them three times in the last 10 days ( no response ) eventually I spoke to a woman with very limited English who informed me that there was no trace of the cancellation - no explanation as to why they are taking two lots of subscription and no apology

They are disgraceful

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund. The author is overall dissatisfied with The Wall Street Journal. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
