Last weekend no paper, this weekend the paper was water logged/soaked and now unreadable. I wonder what will be next, the paper on fire?

This weekend the paper was soaked and not readable. Last weekend, no paper was delivered. Please help or I will need to cancel.

WSJ is great. This website bites ***

I am mindless dictating in this section so I satisfy some sort of length requirement. Do not use this website. It gives *** information. The Wall Street Journal is great.

Not getting paper

I change the address for delivery of WSJ twice a year when I move between homes in CA and IL. I returned to IL around 5-15 and have yet to receive the paper. This morning marked the 6th time I called them.

Out of the last month we have not received the journal. Made at least 15 phone calls

Horrible delivering made several phone calls nothing is being done NO paper again today. When I call I am assured it will be delivered the next day. If they don't want to deliver the paper they should say so!

Delivery and customer service is rubbish

Paid for a subscription of the printed version almost a month ago. Yet to receive a single copy! Complained twice and was told "We've registered your complaint and are looking into the issue.. Please feel free to access the newspaper from the phone app". No *** I know I can access it from the phone! Subscribed to the printed media so as to avoid being distracted a million times. Maybe WSJ should try to figure out their subscription delivery issues first before talking about global supply chain issues.

I love the WSJ news, but delivery issues and horrible customer support.

I have reported delivery issues many times and finally called customer support for help. I was promised that things would improve, but when they didn't I called customer support again and was met by a snarky representative who left me so angry that I cancelled my subscription. Multiple times I asked to speak to his supervisor or to someone else and was refused. WSJ needs to revamp their customer support.

Very, very poor

More than 2 years after subscription was stopped the paper is still being delivered to the stoop of this vacation home despite many, many attempts to get delivery stopped, including calls, emails, even large posters on the street in multiple languages.Do not ever subscribe to WSJ

Still waiting to receive Wall Street Journal

On December 20, 2021, I transferred my subscription from Indianapolis, IN to Bonita Springs, Fl. The paper was to restart January 3, 2022. After twenty some calls and the promise of delivery the next day, still no paper. The customer service promise to call back the next day. It never happens! I have tried to cancel and re-subscribe. Nope, can't do that. Anyone have a suggestion?

Unable to access WSJ

I just signed up for digital access for the special rate of $8 for the first year. I paid through Amazon Pay and received notice from them my card was charged. But every time I try to read an article it makes me sign in and says my email/ PW is not recognized. Also do I have access to the app or is it a separate charge? Ive been a paper WSJ subscriber for many years. The only reason I cancelled was a delivery problem. I thoroughly enjoy reading everything WSJ has to offer and thought the digital access would be a good option, but its not so far. Can you help me out? Thank you. Im not a pissed consumer. Very inappropriate labeling.
