Tremendous 25 day delivery problem

We have now reached 30 days without the WSJ, Florida Times Union (probably the culprit since they pen and operate the distribution center) and the NYT Sunday edition. I call each of those organizations every day their paper is missing and they all say..,, "We apologize for that problem and will extend your subscription to reflect that (why not credit?). I will report this to management". No results! Nothing happens.

Merry Christmas, BUT If one more Saturday delivery is missed I will have to cancel my subscription. The missed deliveries are happening all-too-often.

Call did not go through. To reiterate, I am beyond frustrated that I cannot find a source to solve this problem. Imagine 25 days of bungled deliveries, starting with papers delivered 11/23-12/1 despite confirmed vacation hold and no papers delivered between 12/1 and today. Maddening incompetence

Time of delivery used to be by 5am. I could even live with 6am but it is late. I understand that the man is new and I will be patient.

Delivery time should be before going to office or work. newspaper is what goes with coffee. Five is great but 6am will do.

Delivery is so bad. That's it.

Paper arrives HOURS after I leave in the morning. :( I am so exhausted of calling to report issues that will never be resolved.

I have been a customer for years but in June I had to update my credit card and at that time they said my rate would be higher. I agreed to the new rate and have been paying that rate monthly since June. Never received a weekend print copy and did not have access to digital. Every time I tried to read an article, it said my subscription has expired.

So I called, and I called, and I called. Finally got someone to admit that there was a problem but it is now fixed so I should get a paper this weekend and I was actually able to log in and access the digital version. What happens to the $40 that I paid for six months??? NOTHING.

We are sorry. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like I am the only one with the problem.

Non delivery three times has been addressed. Today's paper was received. Prior to this new subscription I had the weekend edition. It wasn't delivered a couple if times.

Poor subscriber experience

I subscribed for the digital edition and it never materialized. And if you think you're going to get "5 free articles," forget about it. They are still billing me even after I called and cancelled. It's too bad they don't write an article about their own customer satisfaction--how revealing would THAT be?

Quality is far from what it should be, what it has been in the past

I have been a subscriber for 30 years. Under the current ownership it has gone from being an A to a C-. The reader responses are very heavily censored. New content is half what it used to be. Now they simply leave articles on the on line version of the paper for 1-2 weeks instead of 1-2 days as in the past. I really hope the paper is sold to another media company what has happened over the last 5 years or so is a travesty.

Delivery and customer service is rubbish

Paid for a subscription of the printed version almost a month ago. Yet to receive a single copy! Complained twice and was told "We've registered your complaint and are looking into the issue.. Please feel free to access the newspaper from the phone app". No *** I know I can access it from the phone! Subscribed to the printed media so as to avoid being distracted a million times. Maybe WSJ should try to figure out their subscription delivery issues first before talking about global supply chain issues.
